Supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing for Women in Business
As a woman founder myself, I know firsthand the unique challenges that come with entrepreneurship: the late nights, the constant juggling of responsibilities, the pressure to make ends meet, and the weight of wearing multiple hats. It’s a journey filled with passion and purpose, but it can also be incredibly isolating and overwhelming. Sadly, I’m not alone in this experience—many women in business share these struggles.
This is why Suzanne Rose Marketing proudly supports The Founder Wellbeing Project, our passion project dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health and creating a supportive space where women in business can thrive—not just in their work, but in their overall wellbeing.
Introducing The Founder Wellbeing Project
The Founder Wellbeing Project exists to normalise conversations around mental health and provide wellbeing support for women in business. To date we have shared 42 real stories from female founders, amplifying the voices and lived experiences of those navigating the often turbulent journey of entrepreneurship. Our goal is to foster connection and remind women that they are not alone in their struggles.
We also host wellbeing events that provide support and build a sense of community. We’ve organised 8 events in the past year, each designed to create safe spaces where women can connect, share, and prioritise their mental health.
